Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the eyewear back into its original designer case and box, ensuring all cloths, certificates of authenticity, and accessories are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely seal the outer mailing box and attach the provided return shipping label, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
