Square multicoloured frames, introduced in Chloe's Spring/Summer 2021 collection. These are part of the Franky collection, a retro-driven new concept evoking 70's style. Frames from the Franky collection come in a kaleidoscope of rainbow colour, inspired by the oversized flair - and flares - of 70's fashion. Orange gradient lenses are surrounded by orange and pink pastel tone frames, accented with yellow gold-plated temple detailing and nose-bridge. The classically elegant Chloe logo is featured in gold lettering on the left temple, while both temple tips feature the signature teardrop cut-out, providing both aesthetic appeal, and the option to attach Chloe eyewear jewellery.
The Maison Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisienne who wanted to liberate women's bodies from the stiffly formal fashion of the time through a luxury ready-to-wear offering. Since its inception, the Maison has entrusted a succession of emerging talents to support and carry on Chloé's mission: Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, Hannah MacGibbon, Natacha Ramsay-Levi, and now, Gabriela Hearst.
